The Bourbonnais Public Library District began 34 years ago with the vision of a small group of dedicated individuals who felt strongly that the people of their community deserved library services. From modest beginnings in leased space, the library has grown into what you see today.
The Board of Trustees has adopted the following Mission Statement; the purpose of the Bourbonnais Public Library District is to offer a lifelong learning experience for the people in the community it serves by providing access to information resources and an inviting environment for cultural interaction.
Kelly McCully, Director
Julie Ross, Children’s Services
Cassidy Jacobson, Adult Services
Debbie Emling, Teen Services
Stephen Bauman, Circulation
