DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Harbor House, this workshop helps children build emotional awareness and regulation skills. Using the beloved Little Spot book series by Diane Alber, this program will feature a storytime, hands-on activities, and a discussion which encourages empathy, self-expression, and emotional resilience.\nChildren 1-4 years will meet from 3:30-4:00 pm, and children 5-8 years will meet from 4:00-5:00 pm.
