Novels @ Night Book Club

Novels @ Night brings the library out into the community and meets at the Barnes & Noble Cafe on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Looking for a book club that allows you to experience stories outside of your typical literary comfort zone? Then this book club is the one for you! This month, we will be reading Wash Day Diaries by Jamila Rowser. “This tells the story of four best friends—Kim, Tanisha, Davene, and Cookie—through five connected short stories that follow these young women through the ups and downs of their daily lives in the Bronx. Each story uses hair routines as a window into these four characters’ everyday lives and how they care for each other.”
