Teen Volunteers

Are you a 6th through 12th grader who is interested in volunteering at the Bourbonnais Public Library? Please fill out this form! After you have filled it out, the Teen Services Supervisor will contact you in order to arrange your volunteer hours.

In most instances, teen volunteers will be scheduled for one or more 2-hour shifts at the Library, assisting in tasks as directed by the Teen Services Supervisor or other Library staff member. In rarer instances, the Library may seek volunteers to assist with a specific Library program.

Please note that due to high demand, we may not be able to provide opportunities for you to complete all of your required volunteer hours. Teens facing a strict deadline are encouraged to reach out earlier in the semester, rather than later when there are less volunteer opportunities available.
